San Diego, being the gateway to both North and South Americas, and with the important role of Hong Kong to the burgeoning China market, the two cities are closely tied together.

Strengthening the business tie between San Diego and Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Association of Southern California (HKASC) San Diego Chapter was formed to facilitate programs for members of the Association and the international business community in the San Diego area.

Under the leadership of Chapter Chair Eric Eng and other chapter executives, Abe Wong, Caroline Cheung, Polly Yu, Kam Li, Timothy Yeun, Mary Chan, Jimmy Chien, Kayla Nguyen, and Kelvin Lee, the team has organized a variety of programs from breakfast seminars, networking mixers to dinner programs with featured speakers including Lawrence Tang of InvestHK and Matt Andersen of U.S. Department of Commerce.

To celebrate the holidays, there will be a Holiday Banquet on December 8. Click here for information or contact the HKASC Secretariat by email or by phone, 1-213-622-9446.
